Cabbage Soup Diet Sucks

Statistics shows there are no more than 10%25 of people who can stand cabbage soup diet. Others quitted this diet because of lack of necessary protein that is responsible for strength of a human. Some people were just stressed by such strict diet. In two words I can
say that the Cabbage Soup Diet sucks. Do not listen to those who say it is the best diets. May be cabbage soup diet is good for veggie persons but not for me.Cabbage Soup Diet is totally unrealistic if one is interested in more than very short-term weight loss. If you are a veggie person then cabbage soup diet is for you. While you eat cabbage soup 7 days a week you would not gain a pound.But if you eat a lot of fast foods cabbage soup diet would not help you. Cabbage soup diet means you should eat only cabbages with a small amount of salt. I do not know a single person who could stand cabbage soup diet. Cabbage Soup Diet is awful, my friends. I have tried it for two weeks and quitted this diet. I was weak and stressed because I have not eaten a single portion of steak.
