Your friends are all doing it, so are some celebrities, so have you ever considered a detox diet? A detox diet (also called a cleansing diet) will remove toxins and poisons from your body, and can promote weight loss.


The idea of a good detox diet is to eat pure and natural foods that will aid the function of the lymph, kidneys, and liver. All foods that hinder the regime are avoided. Wild Rose, Raw Food, Lemonade, Liquid are all names of popular cleansing plans.


Detox diets are controversial. Science can be presented as fiction, and some promise lose-weight-quick schemes over proper health. Keep to a safe detox, one that is well-known and tested.


There is a million to choose from - there's no harm in trying one that fits your health needs. Look at it like you are cleaning your insides, so you can start fresh and feel good.
